Solid, cheap rubber. 22 Dec. 2009
By MD10421 - Published on Amazon.com
I put a pair of these on my old all weather Novara hybrid, and they perform plenty well. About 1k miles around town so far, no flats, and only a tiny bit of wear. They're not the most comfortable tires in the world, and I certainly wouldn't put them on my roadie, but for what I use them for, I can't ask for much more. Cheaper than Marathons or Gatorskins, and so far just as tough. They're a little difficult to get on and off the rims, and they feel a tad squirrely on hard corners, but I'm not usually screaming around corners with 40 lbs of groceries on the back.
