No leaks on mine. It is the sturdiest, cleverest dish rack I've ever seen. It's pretty huge, but the way it manages wineglasses, large plates, and doesn't rock even with a few big pans and a wok slung on top of it make it one of the most useful things in my kitchen. I absolutely love it.

This product works great for my Asian style of steel dishes ( about 31cm in diameter & 2.75cm in depth). Besides I can move the cutlery tray to any three sides, will upload pic's later. The drainage spout is fine for me, as it is not leaking at the moment. But since I have bought it just 2 days back, I will like to review it again say probably after 2 months.
The only improvement in design I felt could be looked at was the height of the rack, could have been a little more, so as to fit in small plates (of say 16-17cm in diameter)in the bottom rack.
I had bought it in 2009 & in Sep 2012 I am still using this product witnoproblems in spout. The only problem is that it needs to be cleaned in regularly especially spout & bottom tray. The bottom tray could had spout joint to it so it avoided having holes in the bottom tray which are difficult to clean. I soak the plastic bottiom tray & spoon holder in plastic bleach & washing liquid overnight to avoid manual scrubbing butotherwise still happy with product. Bottom tray could be designed without brackets for easy gliding of water & hassle free cleaning

I was drawn to this item about 3 weeks ago, as I wanted a two tier rack, as my current one was a fantastic two tier rack I got from Ikea about 7 years ago but had seen better days due to constant use. This item looks good but the designers were obviously working towards a modern look and completely ignoring it's innate practical necessities. The basic flaw is that the tier is not high enough; normal wine glasses don't even fit on the spaces specified and champagne flutes don't stand a chance. The cutlery drainer is useless as it only has one or two tiny drainage holes and this means that cutlery is invariably sat in a pool of water. The cutlery drainer is also on the far right hand side of the rack, so it's very awkward to put cutlery in there if you've got plates on the tier; the rack isn't designed to have the cutlery drainer on any other side and the drainage spout is on the left hand side. The base of the bottom layer is sold plastic over the majority (a couple of drainage holes at one end)and therefore needs constant cleaning. I'm so annoyed that I recycled the box it came in before I'd tried it out as I am now going to have to buy another one as I'm not happy with this at all. Who'd have thought that a dish drainer would make me so cross that I'd write a review on a site like this. Enough said.

Dish rack
Orederd simplehuman U frame dish rack. Great for space. Just one disappointment is that the plastic holding the drainage spout underneath has sheared off already.
