....then I am the King of England.
I read another review & went for these slippers. I got them & tried them on, felt really comfy & put them away until I was at home. Later at home I took the tags off, put them on again & then I walked in them. Straight away the backs of the slipper were under my heel. The backs have a bit of elastic in a hoop like you would have on some dealer boots to help pull them on, thing is the back is so low these end up like all those slippers you see where the back has fell forward & gets flattened. They either need to have a high enough back it stays on, & justifies a hoop to pull them on, or be some slip-ons that don't stay on your foot very well when you walk & you end up dragging your feet, which I was trying to avoid. Contacted seller but as I had 'worn' them I couldn't change for some others with a proper back to them. Dr Keller? Dr my ****

Not recommended, I only wore these slipper for a few hours at night, but after a month the inside fell apart and the back of the slippers collapsed totally.

I ordered these slippers with a little trepidation because i had read a couple of bad reviews about them but after searching all the slippers available on Amazon i kept coming back to these! I am sooo glad i decided to buy them, i suffer with arthritis in my feet and a comfortable slipper is very important to me. This is the most comfortable slipper i have ever worn and i shall be ordering another pair to put away for future use! I recieved them 48 hours after ordering and they were packaged well. 10 out of 10

At the price, compared to other much more expensive slippers, these are OK. They do have a nice bouncy feel to them, and as they are mule slippers, they do expose the back of your heel of course and there is movement up and down as others have also described already. However I would say these are recommended more for people with wider than average feet. My feet are average, perhaps slightly narrower, and they slip side to side when I walk in them so I can't imagine heavy use would be very comfortable in the long run, but they're ok for occasional use and walking to answer the door (for example) when you don't have anything else handy, and at the price some people may find these a good alternative to more expensive makes. I've decided to give this pair to my brother as he likes them more than I do.

If you are thinking of alternatives, John Lewis website has quite a few options at a range of prices, and on Amazon r other online shops you could try the more expensive (but well worth it) The North Face Nuptse slippers which are are excellent and very very comfy - though perhaps too warm for summer months, but ideal for autumn/winter and early spring.

I was sceptical when I bought these as there are mixed reviews, but the price was right. I am very pleased and they are holding up well after four months of daily wear. They are warm and cosy and perfectly good quality. Indeed the backs fold down (this has happened to every slipper I've owned, even with taller backs) but they stay on well and this has not bothered me. The sole is contoured and comfortable on hard floors. I would definitely recommend for the price.

I bought these slippers for my husband as a Christmas present, even though he does not currently own a pair of slippers. He opened them on Christmas Day and put them on straight away. He was thrilled. He said that the slippers do not look too much like slippers and they are really warm and comfortable. I thought it was great as he loved them and they weren't expensive.

Great for the first few months - warm and comfortable. But as others have found, even with gentle use the inner quickly comes apart: the fabric lining comes away from the plastic insert, and the glue holding the latter softens allowing the whole insert to creep. It's a shame, because the outer and sole seem well made. I guess that at a few quid you could simply replace every six months or so, but not recommended.

Like so many other reviews. They are cheap and unfortunately you get what you pay for. nothing. Amazon really should remove these from their website.

Within 2 days the inside had come away from the base.
