5.0 out of 5 stars Donna Summer album Limited Edition 28 May 2014
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
I've not owned this album previously on CD so it was good to add this to my collection. The sound and remastering is outstanding and made me really listen to the album again. It really is one amazing album with some excellent tracks. It would have been good to have the 12' and other possible mixes but perhaps they decide later to reissue with extra tracks. In the meantime...get the album whilst available!

4.0 out of 5 stars Donna rocks, reggaes and pops! 12 July 2001
Format:Audio CD
One of Donna's great albums, this one boasts imaginative arrangements and some really outstanding songs like the title track, Stop Look & Listen, He's A Rebel and her collaboration with Musical Youth - the addictive Unconditional Love with its rousing reggae rhythm. There's much more rock and pop than disco and the album seems to be a continuation of styles first unleashed on her Bad Girls masterpiece. After all these years, "She Works Hard ..." still rocks and proves that Donna was always a versatile pop singer competent in many vocal styles, in addition to being the top disco diva.

5.0 out of 5 stars Long live the Queen!!! 27 April 2014
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
Nice that this album will no longer be changing hands on EBay for silly money. As a hard-core fan, I am happy to replace my 1990s Cd release of this 1983 album for a lovely re-mastered limited edition version. Would love to see the rest of Donna's 1980s albums get the same treatment!!!
