5.0 out of 5 stars these things are great - takes patience to get started...
got one of these and just ignored it for a while, it looks pretty rubbish really and ive never been a feeder of birds before... stuck it to one window and nothing happened for a few weeks. decided there was too much human/kids activity too close to it to attract the birds. moved it to the kitchen window which is next to a 'quieter' area... and lo and behold the birds have...

1.0 out of 5 stars disappointing
feel a bit daft after buying this. no birds whatsoever bothered with it and we have a garden that gets its fair share of all sorts of birds every day!

its brilliant! you hear a little tap tap tap, look over and its covered in tits, great and blue, robins, the occasional other thing... am buying more for other windows coz its just so lovely to see the birds so close up.
none of 'our' birds seem to touch the seed btw, just the fat balls. and boy can they getb through them at certain times of year.

I ordered this, and although it arrived really quickly, I was shocked at the size of it. Not being a bird lover I had no idea how small the birds in the picture were - I'm guessing now they're about 1.5 inches in height, as the bird box itself is only 7" x 5". I had bought it as a present for my mother-in-law, but it would be too embarrassing to give her this for Xmas, she'd think I was being really tight! Oh well, other waste of money.

We had quite a giggle on receiving this, at our own stupidity, looking at the picture it is so obvious that the blue tits are superimposed, and for the cost what can you expect!
