The vacuum requires the top half of the handle locating and three screws fitting which takes less than five minutes.The cleaner is noisier than you would expect but the suction cleans the carpets to look like new.Emptying the cleaner is the easiest i have ever seen.Simply move a lever to release a container that contains the muck.The filter is seperate,away from the dirt and stays clean.There are seven height settings for laminate,high & low carpet and it works a treat.I can highly recommend this cleaner to all as it comes from a brand we know well.We've previously purchased televisions,set-top boxes,dvd & video players made by Samsung and long-life and reliability are a given.
