All you need to know in the gym!,
This review is from: Strength Training Anatomy (Sports Anatomy) (Paperback)
This book provides information on the major or predominant muscles that are working during all of your general exrcises that are performed in the gym. Exercises for all the muscle groups are provided and how to perform those exercises from a preacher curl to a leg press. Even exercises for intracate muscle groups are provided such as wrist curls for a forearm workout. I would recommend this book for anyone wanting to improve there own training programme in the gym or for anyone wanting to improve there knowledge to provide training programmes for others. Sometimes, although some of us may not want to admit it, but looking at pictures of how exercises are done instead of reading literature can sometimes be more simple and easier on the eye for people. Did I fail to mention the price of this book is crazy, as this book is worth more than Amazon are selling it for. A definate must have and definately a big thumbs up!!!
