Not "Fast" ... "Free",

Finally, a plan for health & weight loss I can follow! Why? Because in the past, my biggest issues with dieting have always been the choices & the counting...the calories, the points, the fat grams, the carbs...making those choices and counting, counting, counting!!! Every Monday morning...with all of the determination I could muster, I started a plan & started counting...but by Friday the only thing I was counting were the hours 'til I could forget about choices & counting & once again fall off the wagon & "enjoy" my weekend & eat & drink everything I wanted because I felt so deprived. Then like a drug addict or alcoholic, the next Monday morning would bring the self recrimination, the self loathing, the devastating disappointment in my lack of "will power". It was a forever cycle of making choices & failing. We human beings cannot remove ourselves from the presence of food...we must eat food to exist & make those never-ending smart, nutritious, lo-cal, lo-fat, healthy choices EVERY day. Sadly, I couldn't do it, not 24/7. Finally, on the Fast Diet, I eat healthy 5 days & then there are 2 days every week when I don't have to make choices. I'm free! I drink my 500 calories...coffee, tea, broth, juice, yogurt, etc. It is enormously liberating! I look forward to those two days every week & I'm seeing amazing results. I know what hunger feels like again & it feels good! It is a very personal choice to follow this plan. All I can say is that at age 68, I've finally found a plan that works for me...I'm losing weight & most importantly, I feel great! Thank you, Dr. Mosley!
