This book is well written and well researched. It has an easy flowing style, which makes the contents very accessible. The premiss of the book is that certain foods are difficult for the body to digest when eaten together and makes sensible suggestions as to how to 'combine' your food. So if you suffer from digestive disorders from indigestion and bloating to more serious complaints, this book should provide the answer. At least the ideas here, which are all backed up by scientific research by reputable bodies,are worth a try.They can also help you to loose weight, as it expounds a way of healthy eating which doesn't encourage you to starve yourself or be so strict with yourself that there is no pleasure in eating or dinning out with friends.The recipes at the back of the book are quick and easy to prepare and aren't all vegetarian for those of you who like their meat!
