It's not a beer belly it's a gluten one,

I was introduced to Dr William Davis' work by Sean Croxton on Underground Wellness Radio. This man knows his stuff. When you think about it, his idea that most people's mid region (belly/stomach) can easily be expanded by following the present governmental guidelines makes perfect sense.
Think about it. If you're weight changed and you are presently consuming grains, STOP IT! and see what happens when you do remove all gluten. Some grains don't contain gluten, but in my work (Empowering people to take control of their health) even these non-gluten grains like amaranth, buckwheat, millet and quinoa can cause some health challenges if people have internal pathogens.
Back to the good Cardiac Dr's book. if you'd like to become enlightened as to why and what causes your blood sugar to rise, read this brilliant book. There's no real rocket science in it. Bottom line the wheat (gluten) we consume today has not been tested as 'safe' for Human consumption. An assumption was made due to the reasons of over population to make more wheat - hybridised, but this has been and is continuing to be so costly to human, animal and our environmental health.
WAKE UP people and become the change you want to see in this world. In other words as a teacher (you're always teaching people!) continue acting in a fashion which shows you love yourself (not from Narcissism!), by respecting others, having a clear passion/purpose and living a better quality life filled with funº
