This review is from: Mio Navman M300 Deluxe Sat Nav with UK and Ireland Maps (Electronics)
I bought mine from another retailer, but I have to say this gadget is fantastic. I am always a bit nervous of new roads particularly when the journey is long distance. For a few years I scoured websites always planning to go for a TomTom when the prices came down. In summer of this year Navman Mio 300 appeared on offer at a popular supermarket so I decided to buy it just incase. Four months later I took it out of the box and gave it a go. It comes with a holder that sticks very securely to the windscreen, cd plus usb cable (only needed for instruction manual)and of course the SatNav unit. Just plug into cigarette socket to charge it up but that will happen on the journey. I could not work out how to reset for a new destination, then found that you need to press the green arrow at the bottom right of screen, then the top right of screen shows the route being recalculated as percentages. Images can be in 2d, 3d or by step, so you see each step of instructions displayed and when that part of the journey is met the instruction disappears. The screen is clear, volume is clear and adjustable via touch screen control. I placed on windscreen to the right of my steering wheel.
Product serves the purpose. Good buy.
