Absolute drivel!!! A complete and utter waste of money,
This review is from: Behind Closed Doors (Paperback)
Incoherent, bland. A hotch potch of sketches lacking in any real sexuality or sensuality.
The scenes described are rigid & remote and do not conjure up any involvement from the reader. For example "We got undressed and took up our positions....".
The sex scenes, such as they are, are very short (a paragraph if you are lucky) and consequently give no impression of desire and urgency building during foreplay. Neither is there any descriptive narrative for the actual intercourse. It just happens and is over with in a sentence or two.
In fact it almost reminded me of Mills and Boon where the sex (that takes place) is never mentioned. The problem with this book is that it has nothing around the missing sex / erotica.
Avoid at all costs.

This reviewer has no imagination. Of course the stories are short, to go into all the erotic detail he/she wanted the book would be huge, and unwieldy. The sex description my be brief but it does not require a full description to fully enjoyable. The small size means the book is not much bigger than the standard paperback. It makes it easy to go backward and forward through the various encounters (try doing this with a book 4 or 5 times thicker and it would soon become tiring). I bought this book when it first came out, and found it very enjoyable. but I need to buy a new one as the original book got lost during a couple of flat moves. This bad reviewer is not going to put me off buying, and it shouldn't put anybody else off either.

Most women prefer thick books to longer ones anyway, lol!
