This review is from: Four Days in November: The Assassination of President John F. Kennedy (Kindle Edition)
Regardless of whether your a conspiracy theorist or not, there is no doubt that this is a beautifully written book. The minute by minute accounts are breathtaking in parts and finally adds the detail that so many accounts have been missing. The arrival into Dallas, the scenes at Parkland, the death of Officer Tippet (who is sometimes regarded as a mere footnote in history) the interrogation of Oswald - everything is there. I loved this book and was do gripped by it that I could'nt out it down, though as times I had too - when Bugliosi describes the attempts to revive the stricken president or his wife's reaction to the whole event - in places its pretty heartbreaking. But all in all a good read - if you've never read anything about the Kennedy Assassination (which is going to marked quite notably this year I'd imagine seeing as this year - 2013 - is the 50th anniversary) then I'd say start with this. Its a gripping but clear and concise read.
