I bought this book last week and have not been able to put it down, aside from the facts about how being a vegan can make you healthier, it has delicious recipes that i really want to try out. The book explains everything you need to know to follow a vegan diet and for those who already are vegans like myself its got additional information on how better to look after the planet. Alicia is both amazing and inspirational, would recommend the book to anyone.
