This review is from: Sorcerer's Crossing: A Woman's Journey (Arkana) (Paperback)
This is probably a must for anyone interested in aspects of 'psychic' development.Reading the reviews it would seem that it is a book that clearly speaks to many although I must confess that I found it deeply perplexing and like one reviewer found myself asking why the writer had been chosen as an initiate into this world of sorcerer's. As a professed buddhist myself however I have been given to understand that any sort of psychic phenomena is still aspect of mind and is by no means the state of any kind of enlightenment. Because I believe this I personally found the book suspect and superficial. It struck me that here are psychic places to get stuck in and not to be in anyway liberated by. Call me fuddy duddy if you like but although I thought it was an amazing fairy story I would keep well away from anything like it in practice.
I would call it a dangerous good read to be taken with a pinch of salt.
