The book deserves all the attention one should pay in order to take in all the information needed on nailing this ever healthy strong and hard body shape,that everyone else would take inevitably notice,whatever his particular individual goals maybe.At the age of 40,I finally managed to get fully SQUATS,DEADLIFTS,and their precise techniques,as their differences as well.Still any chance of getting any harder,stronger,leaner and bigger,having already passed 40s? By applying Michael's approach,a definite YEEEES!
