What can I say? I read the other reviews for this book (thanks guys and gals) and I bought it. I read through it yesterday and it's already revolutionising my menus. The recipes are inventive, yummy and easy to follow. The book also contains useful information about some of the ingredients, which I found informative and helpful.
The book is a revelation, not just for low carbers but also for Coeliacs (gluten intolerant) - as there's lasagne, waffles, cakes/cake bases and no flour in site! I cannot recommend this book highly enough!
Update (Sept 2011) I still use this book in my everyday cooking and I strongly recommend the BBQ sauce (though I use slightly more worcestershire in mine), it looks weird before it's been grilled on the meat, but it's my husband's favourite once it's cooked!
