1.0 out of 5 stars Highly confusing, 23 April 2009
This review is from: Philips Sonicare HX6013/02 ProResults Standard Toothbrush Heads - 3-Pack (Personal Care)
Why can't they make buying new heads simple.
I have the card from my last brush head purchase which doesnt match up with the model number on this product nor does the description on this product match up with my electric brush model number even though they are the correct brushes.
All in all its taken 20 minutes of mesing around to be certain its the correct model.
What do the people in charge of this type of thing do with themselves all day?

I agree with you. I am trying to purchase replacement heads for my one. It is a HX 5100 and I believe they do not do them anymore? It would be nice to know what other model would be OK to use!

I agree, I have put off buying a new brush on a number of occasions because I haven't the time to fathom out the bewildering array of brushes coupled to a total lack of compatibility information.

So true!
The Sonicare range is so confusing it took me hours to buy the right brush, and now the heads are just as ridiculous! The Philips site directed me to the heads on Amazon for my brush, which then in the description said were not compatible with mine!?
Just ranting xD
