4.0 out of 5 stars A must have album for Sarah McClauchlan fans!, 6 Dec. 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: The Freedom Sessions (Audio CD)
Finally I was able to buy this CD in this country after having had it stolen! Although rather short as an album, the songs are as catchy as ever and Sarah McClauchlans voice is as rich and smooth as ever.A great album to relax to after a hard day- it'll put a smile on your face.My personal favourite-Ice cream. Buy it, it's good.

I brought this album after reading the first review, and yes, my favourite song was Ice-Cream. I did not like the rest of this album, it just never grabbed me, and I did not somehow connect to the feel of this album at all. I have brought other album's of Sarah, and the two favourite one's which are not out of my CD Player are, 'Fumbling Towards Ecstasy' and 'Afterglow' and these are pure magic. They are haunting, and her voice is so powerful and rich. Sarah has creative talent which goes straight to your Heart when her songs are moving and dramatic, that's when she hits the right notes for me. Don't be put off by this review, you may like the Live Freedom Sessions album, but sadly it just didn't reach me! Dee. xxx
