This review is from: The Great Big Book of Feelings (Hardcover)
My kids (4 years old and 2 years old) both love this book. It has some great illustrations and gives us the chance to openly explore, identify and talk about our feelings.

Having read the reviews of this book could you tell me if it's suitable for 11 year olds or just little ones. My boys appear to have hit pubity early and seem all over the place with their emotions. Could this book help?

I don't know many eleven year olds sorry. But personally I would say it's suitable for all ages as it opens up dialogue between the parent and child about their feelings. It's not a story book, instead each page explores a different type of feeling, which you can then discuss as a parent with your child in whichever way suits you and your child best, ie "when have you felt like this? I feel like this when...". The pictures are very good and I think would also appeal to various ages.
