Excellent, particularly for white and mixed loaves,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Panasonic SD254 Breadmaker (Discontinued by Manufacturer) (Kitchen & Home)
This is an excellent bread maker (much better than previous model I had - see my other reviews).
It makes very good white bread and doesnt make too much noise, so I can use it to have a loaf ready for breakfast.
Its also very useful for mixing dough, particularly for pizzas.
The only area of difficulty (feedback to manufacturers) is that loaves with more wholemeal are rather variable, sometimes not rising quite enough. I think this is likely to be to do with variability in the flour, yeast, temperatures, etc. and would require a much more sophisticated design to adjust the rising time to the state of the dough.

watercolour fan says:
Try substituting one tablespoon of the flour with one tablespoon of gluten powder (available to buy from low carb food websites). This will result in a well-risen loaf.
