A manual for life,
This review is from: Got Fight?: The 50 Zen Principles of Hand-to-Face Combat (Kindle Edition)
...as long as your life involves a lot of fighting. Forrest offers his views freely, which is a good thing as many of these views are not ones that you'd necessarily pay for.
There is, though, a string moral spine to this book, the sections on being a good training partner should be compulsory reading at any gym and there is a thread running throughout on what it means to be a good man.
You'll buy because it's hilarious and there are dick and fart jokes (and I'd give it five stars for that alone) but this is really a guide to the moral maze of being a modern man.
Forrest Griffin is an Emily Post for the cauliflower-eared.
