I've only just started my 30 day shred - but so far am really enjoying it. I'm not the most coordinated or flexible person but can manage all the exercises. I'm using baked bean tins for the moment instead of weights but am going to buy a proper set. The beauty of this programme is that you only have to find a spare 20 minutes rather than the 45 minutes or more that you need for less intensive programmes. Yes, it's tough, but it's over quickly, and then you can get on with your day or evening.
