This review is from: Ultrasport multifunctional heart-rate monitor with chest strap MultiRun 100 (Sports)
I bought this watch to use it as a heart rate monitor when exercise. I never had such a watch so I choose a relative cheap one. Unfortunately, the heart rate functionality is not working as the watch is not able to find and connect with the chest strap. I tried everything as in the manual and I even replace the chest strap battery but still not working. The problem is that sending back the watch and asking for replacement is not worth as I am not from UK and shipping would cause me a high amount relative to the watch price.
Don't buy this watch, better go with a well known brand even if you will have to pay much more.

We are sorry to learn that your delivery has been incomplete. A CD-ROM should have been included in the box, please accept our apologies.
Of course we'll be happy to send you a CD-ROM at once. By now our service team has contacted you about a replacement.

We recommend downloading and installing the GPS Master v2.0.12 software as well as ServicePack 1, to make sure that your watch runs on the latest firmware settings.
