This review is from: New Limited Edition Trunki Ride-On Suitcase: "Tipu" Tiger print (Baby Product)
I purchased 2 of these from Amazon this year, unfortunately although Amazon advertise them as cabin approved, they are in fact oversize for certain airlines including Thomas Cook. and neither Amazon, or to my knowledge, any other seller, is disclosing this fact.

Thank you for this information. I was ready to order but after contacting Thomas Cook who gave sent me a link to their website it seems too much of a risk to take. Can you imagine the upset of my little boy as it was being dragged away to be put in the hold never mind TC then charging me for the pleasure.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU for saving me this hassle and frustration.

Hi there,

Thomas Cook have since updated their website with the following statement.

"Childs Trunki Cases are accepted as hand baggage as long as this is associated to a child travelling. This cannot exceed 5kgs in weight. If the weight limit does exceed this the Trunki will have to be checked into the hold. This will then be part of your hold baggage weight limit."

Trunki was originally designed to fit in all hand luggage restrictions, however with the airlines changing these so often we always recommend that you check with your airline before flying.

Hope that helps :)
