This review is from: Feast: Food that Celebrates Life (Paperback)
We have this one to hand in our kitchen year round, not just for special occasions. My husband is totally addicted to making the maple roast parsnips, and I to eating them. Yet it isn't my favourite Nigella. Much as I love all the side dishes (I'm particularly a fan of the Thanksgiving dishes), as a vegetarian I feel a tad left out from the festivities. Though I suppose given the traditional nature of the meals it is to be expected. Whilst she does cover some not tradiditionally British festivities I would have liked a few more.
Otherwise though it is a great book, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to my meat eating friends.
