Pressure cook book review,
This review is from: The Basic Basics Pressure Cooker Cookbook (Paperback)
I found the quality of the book quite basic, in that some of the pages had not been separated property and some passages had been repeated. The content of the book was easy to read and understand and provided some good general guidance on how to start using a pressure cooker. I found the explanations of the process behind pressure cooking to be quite useful and also the cooking timings for differing food groups. I was a bit disappointed with the number and content of the recipes. They were all quite basic and not particularly inspiring, although to be fair this maybe reflects the title of the book. In summary a useful book, but not one I would particularly recommend.
