Really good book full of lots of original recipes. As someone who is gluten intolerant I really liked the fact that lots of the recipes use grains such as quinoa millet etc which are gluten-free. The recipes are nice and light as well and fit well with a healthy, low calorie diet. Some of the ingredients used require a little bit of work to get hold of but there are good suppliers online. I think even someone who's not vegetarian would find lots to interest them in this book. There is also a great app from the green kitchen.
