I must report that like a few other reviewers, I too am now in the position of having ordered this very small item - and have not received it! Naturally, payment has been taken.

I ordered it from Amazon, and the seller was "Benthams Ltd" at that time. No telephone contact info available, and no mention of "Benthams Ltd" on a google search. Type in the name of the bloke on the despatch email and it leads you to an E Bay site. From that info you can work out that it is actually IJT Direct Ltd! Sure they tell you that they will send another one out after a 15 day period from despatch, but it makes you wonder if one was ever sent in the first place (despite their claim of sending it first class letter post!)- great means of improving cashflow hypothetically.

I am sure that the Kingston MicroSD card is very wonderful and useful if you need one in a reasonable period of time,but I cannot comment because I do not have one. I am sure that IJT Direct Ltd are a very wonderful company to deal with too, but cannot say anything positive about that yet either. Clearly Benthams Ltd is IJT Direct Ltd (WHY?), and that their customer services levels must be identical. They have missed the outer delivery date now.

In fairness, I shall sumbit a updated review when or if I actually receive my paid for order. Until then I remain utterly unimpressed.

...Still unimpressed and not received. IJT do not seem to care either and their appears to be no chance of getting it. They laugh at you when you ask for it! Be aware, IJT is Benthams, is greenand mean, and is many other guises. Do yourself a favour and google search IJT - there appear many people who have never got what they ordered, and customer service is simply not very good or interested. All a shame because Amazon and Kingston are reputable brands. If you receive your order - then count yourself lucky!

One month later and still no delivery. This outfit should be branded as highly risky - and frankly Amazon should pull the plug on them asap and stop them from trading on here under any guise! But naturally that will not happen as it is a case of banging the buck from punters. I got my refund yesterday from Amazon. IJT had my cash for a month (free of charge) for nothing.

i have had memory cards from them.ordered through [amazon] yes they did take alittle
longer to arrive, but i did expect this.but they did arrive, you also take into acount the
post has so much back orders of mail to get sorted. owing to the strikes. im still waiting
for orders from other companies. for over three weeks.but i know ill get them after xmas.
of course these two companies are the same people. i have dealt with both and had no such
problems, may be it just some one not doing there job properly. it do'es happen.

The man has a lot of bad history, like going in debt to 16 milllion and running his business knowingly, but taking dosh off people in the process! So leave it out, unless you are indeed him? I paid and I got nothing. Snow in Bridgend today?

I purchased a Hewlett Packard printer from them. Did not arrive until almost three weeks later. Wasn't able to install it immediately, but when connected to PC it was found to be faulty. Contacted IJT and was told to try other cartridge. Still not working. Said they would send another cartridge. New cartridge also did not make any difference. When I got back to them, they said I had to contact HP! Said I needed a letter of authorisation from HP before they could replace printer! (Quite contrary to Sale of Goods Act!)

Eventually obtained authorisation letter from HP. When I got back to IJT, they said they weren't responsible any more as it was more than 30 days! I had to contact HP to get the printer replaced!

So I have got a big carton taking up space in my place, but no usable printer! Be wary if dealing with this company!
