Very bad design. but well built,
This review is from: Marcy WM367 Barbell Bench with Preacher (Sports)The uprights are at precisely the wrong width. And not just for me -- I asked a much larger friend to try it, and he agreed. You will pinch your hands if you don't reposition them *after* lifting the bar off and *before* replacing it, which is dangerous to say the least.
The storage spikes are a gimmick. They are so close to the floor that you couldn't store anything but the tiniest weights on them.
You need to really pack the seat up to use the leg developer. There's almost no padding, no decline and no scroll.
The three adjustable bench positions are flat, incline but too close to the bar (the height of the bar is not adjustable) and incline for paper thin individuals who can still fit between the backrest and bar.
However, having said all that, the kit is well built and looks good. So if you want a totally non-functional, but good looking bench for show, at a low price, this is the one you want.
