This review is from: Endless Night (BBC Radio Crimes) (Audio CD)
Not having read the original I came to this radio dramatisation with no concrete expectations other than a liking and appreciation of most BBC productions of Agatha Christie and other authors of crime and mystery novels.
I was not disappointed. Excellent production and good radio acting resulted in an exciting portrayal of the sinister nature and the story ended satisfyingly.

Thank goodness there is someone out there who can be positive about the radio plays by the BBC, of various Agatha Christie's books. I rather feel that we now have to indulge those with a snobbish attitude being bred, about radio plays as set against reading the books. Audio CD's enlarge the amount of people who subsequently become interested in buying books and do so gladly without the need for making disparaging remarks. Let us all say thanks to BBC Radio 4 for both producing these plays and then allowing the listening public to purchase the audio CDs for their own private enjoyment.
