I don't understand why this isn't a well known classic,
This review is from: Dizrythmia [Australian Import] (Audio CD)
I first met the band in 1977, in the rain, in the queue to get into the student union at Hull University in about 1977. I was the bouncer, and they had no union cards - and after a moment or two of heated misunderstanding they revealed themselves as that night's band, to the laughter of everyone else standing in the rain waiting to get in.
Despite my embarrasment - I went in and listened - and was seriously impressed. This music is timeless. It has no ties to style or period, but it is unusual, interesting and makes you want to hear more. Since then I have bought pretty much everything the Enz and later the Finn brothers have produced.
As I said above - this is so very good I am still not understanding why it isn't rated as one of the all time greats. Well - it is in my house.
So, in summary, you need to hear this. If you haven't, then buy it now. No more shilly-shallying, just get the plastic out and buy it. Trust me - you know it makes sense...
