After doing very little excercise for almost 20 years (37 now)at the beginning of 2012 i thought i'd better do something.And after some excellent advice from a female friend i thought i'd give kettlecise a go.And i can safely say it works,i started with a 6kg kettlebell,which at the time was a killer and i now use a 12kg one.I lost 12kg going from 87kg to 75kg.
The dvd itself is very well put together with instructions on how to do each excercise correctly.
But the big thing with kettlecise is the intensity from warm up to finish its around 45 mins of none stop action.
To get the best results i did it at 3 times a week.
