The Ninth Circle
One of the most astounding books that I have ever read. For me it is on a par with the Da Vinci Code. The agonising search of a man, who initially has no memory, to find himself, who he is or was and to discover his past life and family. There are unimagined shock surprises from the 8th of August to January 1st, the period covered by the tantalising story. The reader agonises with Gabriel Antaeus who is desperate to find the truth of his past. I couldn't put it down and found myself living within the pages, shocked when someone from outside the book spoke to me and brought me safely back to the present. I feel I know a little more of Budapest and of the fight of good and evil.
This is not a Sunday afternoon romp for the faint hearted but an in depth clash with Angels and Demons of the mind.
