A near-flawless vignette from one of the best unknown bands around,

There is a short section between 2' 24" and 3' 16" on the title track which, if I could, I would skip. The band go into some terrible, predictable boogie-woogie 12-bar stomp that undermines the rest of the song. Apart from this, it's more or less flawless.

I agree... its the worst bit... of the worst track on the album... AND THEY OPEN THE COMPILATION ALBUM WITH IT ... and they run it into one of the best tracks on the compilation album. Sacriledge.
I like the new tracks... (apart from Make some noise) but as I loved English Electric Part 1 and disliked English electric Part two... using this as a sampler of their work would be horrible.
For me... its cheap... but one way to get people to underestimate your ability.

It obviously divides the fan base. I tend to agree with Tobyfin but it's not a bad track - and I think it works well on the Full Power vesrion.
Oh ...and I liked EE2 best until Full Power which I now think has a much better song balance.
You can't please all of the people all of the time.
