Without Doubt One Of The Most Amazing Games I've Played,
This review is from: Creatures The Albian Years (Video Game)This game(s) is one of the best games I've so far played.
You have varous species known as Norns they're evil ugly cousins grendels and added to creatures 2 the mischeavious, klepto ettins.
In the vast world of Albia you're main objective is to make the norns (Or grendels and ettins) thrive in this large unforgiving terrain.
The amount of things you can do in it are so wide.
You could raise a Thriving species or on the other end completley kill it.
The replay value is immense. This game has that many different ways you'll never play the same again. While it is a game it also has alot deeper meanings such as genetics, breeding and behavioral training. While now the online community is dead websites still offer breeds. You can even create your own breed. Sometimes although the game can be a little anotomus. This is the kind of game you need paitence in order to truly get the most out of it. The game is like a even more complicated version of Spore that takes up less memory and less money. While the graphics seem shall I say childish they're clear, beutiful and just plain cute.
One problem is the sound it is quite annoying at times the babilings may be cute at first but after about 30 minutes it begins to iritate. If you're playing for a duration I would suggest something else to provide background noise e.g music or t.v .
You could play this with others BUT norns need your consistent attention so at least one person must watch at all times.
Like I said before you would need to be extremly paitent.
For those who want a less complicated version of this aim for the Creatures Village or playstaion titles. And for the portable you have for GBA Creatures advance.
