Got faulty ink and no refund,
I thought i was getting a great deal on HP ink which as most of you will know is very expensive.
When i got it through the door however it was not sealed in boxes, it was just in the paper wrapper.
I then put it into my printer and it automatically printed the test page and there were lines all over the top of the page, i thought this may be a one off and tried again but twenty pages later my pages were still being ruined by this ink. I took it out to check and also noticed that it was out of date.
I emailed the customer service people asking for a refund and they seemed desperate not to give me it and make it very difficult for you to get one.
I have still not received a refund and i am stuck with faulty ink meaning i will have to spend MORE money on ink than if i had just bought it out of asda or tesco in the first place.
Not at all impressed with the product or the customer service.
Avoid these people and buy your ink from somewere reputable
