This review is from: Lonely Planet Africa (Travel Guide) (Paperback)
LP are always the best travel guides i have found and this book is no different. Lots of information for planning a general trip to Africa which is what i wanted it for, but if i was going to go a specific country or region then i would buy that particular LP as they are a lot more detailed.

The information in the review is quite vague. Have you gone to Africa, can you now provide more detailed info about the guide as how up-to-date it is or how acurate the transport, routes, hotel, prices, etc are? That would be much more useful in order to review it.

Tonksi is stating the obvious here. Isn't it pretty obvious that one book covering 55 countries is going to have less travel info than another book covering one country or region? Utterly useless review.
