Epic Fail Amazon!,

Although I ordered this book the first day it went on pre-sale, I didn't get it and I know that others that ordered it later than me did get it. I can get over the disappointment of not getting the book, but I can't get over the injustice and the treatment you have given me as a client. I've been lied to over and over again. When you don't get '1000 Lives', but 1000 different answers, you know that something is not right, because the truth is only one. As your client I have a right to the truth and as long as I haven't heard it, I don't accept any apology on your behalf. Because of extremely bad communication with the publisher, within your company and with your clients, you have got a lot of unsatisfied and angry clients. Good riddance!

Instead people that ordered the item almost 2 months after I did received the item and I DID NOT... Why is that? How did Amazon decide upon which orders to fill and which not? EPIC FAIL Amazon!

This is one of the question I've been asking for one week now and Amazon doesn't answer. The only thing they say is that they can't give information about other accounts, but I don't want that information, because we already know what happened! We are in a fandom, we talk, we know things. They know they are wrong, but won't take responsibility and are extremely evasive.
