Healthy eating - without feeling deprived!,

A brilliant cookery book that shows how you can follow a healthy diet and still enjoy cooking and eating delicious food!
I particularly like the 'Healthy Cooking Techniques' section and the nutritional guidance - such as how to avoid 'bad' fats and how to eat a balanced diet.
I've tried some of the recipes - the steamed prawns with black bean sauce and the vanilla panna cotta with blueberry sauce are absolutely yummy! If you're a foodie who wants to be healthy, buy this book!
