This review is from: Cold Magic: Spiritwalker: Book One (Paperback)
This book has become one of my favourite books and I just want to say that you should not hesitate to buy it! I have read it lots of times and all I can say is that every time it gets better.
(DON'T READ UNDERNEATH IF YOU DON'T WANT TO READ A BIT OF THE STORYLINE TO THE BOOK)
The storyline is about a girl called Cat who is forced to marry a cold mage, under false pretenses, when her Uncle and Aunt give them the wrong girl, but giving them Cat, instead of her Cat's cousin Bee. When Cat reaches the Mansa, the head of the four moons house, which Cat now belongs to, they figure out that Cat isn't even related to her cousin, and so the hunt to Bee begins, because Bee has the extraordinary gift to walk the dreams of the dragons. But, the marriage between Andevai (the cold mage), and Cat is magically chained and can only be broken through death, meaning that Cat must run for her life and try to save Bee from becoming a prisoner inside four moons house. However, Cat has her own gifts, passed down from her unknown father, and uses them to her advantage, by traveling into the spirit world and becoming invisible. However, although under the orders to kill her, Andevai decided to help her because he loves her, but Cat hates him, because she was forced to marry him, and it doesn't help that he wants to aid her after he almost kills her... But by the end of the book Cat forgives him (sort of) and the love and lust shared between them continues in the second book, which is just as amazing as this one.
I REALLY recommend that you buy this book because it is one of kind, and will keep you flipping the page until you reach the end of the book. You won't be able to put it down - it is that amazing!
