Honestly there are plenty of better books for positive thinking and personal development.
It was quite ironic this book actually made me feel negative. It covers the negative points so much that it actually makes you feel negative and feeds this negativity.
There was one or two good chapters. The rest was a bit depressing and no practical actions to take.
The best way to feel positive is to feed your life with positivity. Good Friends, goals, a few positive daily habits, hobbies you enjoy, healthy diet, sticking to your personal morals, be nice to others, giving, being part of a community, only watch the negative news & read papers now & then. These are all great actions to take.
My personal number 1 feel good activity is reading bit of a self development book everyday.
