Not my cup of tea,

This review is from: Embracing the Ordinary: Lessons from the Champions of Everyday Life (Mass Market Paperback)
I bought this book on the strength of the author's Age of Absurdity, which I loved, but this one's not for me at all. I thought it would be a study of lots of different people's experience of the ordinary and how they value it, perhaps looking at people who do ordinary jobs, etc, but what it really is, is a detailed study of Joyce's Ulysses and Proust's Remembrance of Things Past. Perhaps more useful for degree-level English students.
