Full of typo's,

Perhaps I bought an out of date copy but I have tried to make 3 soups so far from this book and was only able to make two due to ingredients being mentioned in the method but not in the ingredients list. Would anyone be able to tell me how much double cream is in the "Creamy Chicken" recipe? This is otherwise a very good and nicely laid out recipe book!

I can't help with the Creamy Chicken question but I can tell you that the ginger in Butternut Squash, chilli, and ginger soup should be a 2cm piece of root ginger, chopped.
