There was an extract of the book in the daily mail, either the paper was running out of things to say, or the publisher wanted a full page advertisement for the book free, but the extract made a lot of sense, and I have known for some time that my mood is affected by what I eat, I first came across this in Potatoes not Prozac, and I've been using Potatoes and fish oil whenever I want to be happy. This book goes into various vitamins that we can use to make ourselves feel better. So I am really looking forward to being calmer and if I shed a few pounds so much the better.
