An interesting read,
This review is from: Unsolved London Murders: The 1920s and 1930s (True Crime from Wharncliffe) (Hardcover)
I love books of this type and have read quite a few.
The murders are interesting and well researched in intricate detail down to street names, which I love. So it's worth a read if you know London, (Soho is especially interesting!) or have any interest in true crime or even murder mysteries - some of them you really would not believe if it weren't for the police reports.
I found it very enjoyable and quite well written, the only down side for me is that the author has made at least one error with names. A couple of names began with the same letter in one of the cases and were clearly confused otherwise it didn't make sense. (Another reviewer commented that another of his books also disappointingly has editorial errors) It must have not been proof read properly and that's a bit of a shame. Otherwise it's good.
