I bought this album after seeing `Never Be Lonely' being performed on one of my kid's T.V. programmes.
On their web site, The Feeling cites influences such as Becker and Fagen, Godley and Creme, Lennon and McCartney.
Personally I would not have minded `Benson and Hedges' or `Morecombe and Wise'. It is a fine album full of upbeat, happy-go-lucky and well-crafted pop-songs.
Forget the comparisons. This CD will have you waking up in the middle of the night with `Love It When You Call' hammering in your brain.
I don't live in a bed-sit, I don't take drugs, and I don't worry about spots. Which probably makes me as uncool as you can get!
But I love this album!
