This review is from: Law Express: Land Law (Revision Guide) (Paperback)
I do not envy John Duddington for his task in writing this book. He attempts and is largely successful at covering a lot of ground quickly in a notoriously difficult area of the law. Topics are explained well, with the inclusion of "Key Case" boxes and flow charts being particular highlights. The only area of real weakness is the glossary; both 'equitable' and 'equitable interest' are defined very poorly here, and in general not enough terms are covered, making the glossary of only limited use. Despite this, the book is worth a recommendation and is a worthwhile investment for any student of land law.
