A Jolly Good Idea,

This review is from: Hugh's Three Good Things (Hardcover)
If HFW doesn't actually write his books himself his ghost writer must be congratulated: this book brims with the enthusiasm for life and the passion for good tasting, good quality, simple food which is his trademark. The idea of basing a meal around three main ingredients (sometimes in combinations which you wouldn't dream would work but actually do) is so simple and yet very effective. The recipes are well set out and obviously tried and tested and appeal equally to experienced cooks and beginners. I love this book so much I bought a copy for my daughter and her boyfriend and they seem to have tried half the recipes already - with much success.
