This book literally turned my life around,from the age of 22 i started gradually piling on the pounds even though i was pretty active and din't eat that much of what i considered junk foods(takeaways etc)by the age of 37 i weighed in at 19stone 6 pounds and tried weightwatchers with a little sucess but ended up puting it on again as fast as it came off,i could not for the life of me understand why.
On reading zoe's book everything fell into place and i began to understand why the weight creeps on and over the course of the next year i lost 8 stone effortlessly.Ive now hit my ideal weight,its so easy to stick to this way of eating and ive maintained my weight loss for nearly 2 years now without even really thinking about it,its so easy.i cannot reccommend this book enough this woman should be knighted for this invalubale and life changing book.
